This mic is great for skype/conference calls. Very clear and has a nice built-in volume knob and hard mute. Plus it looks super retro-futuristic on your desk.

I like the size of the microphone. It doesn't feel cheap and has a good weight to it. Sits nicely on desk propped up or spread out.

Works well with SIRI on a Mac Book Pro with Solid State Drive. Upgraded the Mac to OS X Yosemite. Love the quality of the mic and its mini profile that does not take up your whole desk. A+ rating.

I already own a Blue Yeti mic but this guy is a lot smaller. Good for travel!

I've used this for basic voice over recording, phone calls, gaming, and some song recording. No frills and all I have to compare it to is the built in microphone on the macbook air, and a logitech webcam, but it works well. I think it's spiffy!

The microphone has many pros and cons. First of all, the small size is extremely welcome and saves a lot of desk space compared to other offerings such as the Yeti Blue and Snowball, which are huge in comparison. The sound picked up is very clear, but herein lies a problem. The microphone picks up almost everything. This won't be a problem for music recording in a studio, but for a streamer, many settings will have to be adjusted.

Great for lightweight applications. Folds up really nicely. The legs have enough resistance so that it doesn't collapse on itself. The large diaphragm really pics up EVERYTHING. I would definitely use some acoustic foam with this. I use it for skype and gaming.

Bmbest quality mic I've owned under $50 (sale). If the mic doesn't plug and play for you then you may need an AC powered usb hub.

It sounds pretty good too. It was worth it for $50 and would be a good value even if it was a bit more expensive.

Using this as a semi-pro gigger and recording multi track songs to practice. The quality is great, super sensitive and the built in headphone jack is absolutely necessary for monitoring (as there is a delay if you try to loop monitor output thru the USB/computer side. It looks great, as well, plus I like the screw mount on the bottom as it lets you mount it to a real mic stand. I'm sure there are better mics, but unless you're running a recording business, I don't see why you'd look further than this for the price.
