The Samson MTR231 Multi-Pattern Condenser Microphone features dual 1" gold-sputtered diaphragms. The microphone has three selectable polar patterns: cardioid, omnidirectional and figure-8. The MTR231 also features a 10dB attenuation switch and is capable of handling SPLs up to 134dB. Its internally shock-mounted capsule also minimizes touch noise. The MTR231 also features low self-noise and a wide dynamic range.
