Good stand, but hard to assemble

Sanus usually makes quality speaker stands, but this one Does not live up to expectations for the price paid. Firstly, it should come fully assembled, which it does not. Secondly, the screw holes in the wood base need to be drilled to a slightly wider diameter for a smooth assembly, even though the instructions claim only a screw driver is required for the project. In short, I can recommend this stand for the end result, once assembled correctly, but I cannot recommend it to anyone who just wants to open the box and start using it. Assembly is a ridiculous chore for something sold at the price point this product is.

This speaker stand is constructed with acoustically superior 3/4" MDF and comes with both premium and adjustable carpet spikes and polyester feet to ensure a stable grip on any floor surface.

The base features beveled edges with a hand rubbed Black finish. The unique wire management system keeps your cables out of the way. Use the speaker isolation speaker studs to provide a stable, non-slip surface for your speaker.
