Safariland Purair10XL Ductless Fume Hood, 34" Width

Probably the safest in the world, the range of Purair10XL Ductless Fume Hood (34" Width) has been designed to provide maximum protection when used in the weighing, chemical sampling, histology, forensic and pharmaceutical use of hazardous substances. This energy saving, high-capacity, low-noise units recycle cleans air into the lab, thereby not exhausting expensive conditioned and/or heated air into the atmosphere. Two filter styles are available. For use with particulates such as latent print powders, a HEPA filter should be used. Otherwise, a Hydrocarbon filter should be used to filter vapors from chemicals and solvents.

A combo filter is also available if both chemical vapors and particulates are involved. In addition, the PurAir can be equipped with a secondary back-up filter for added protection. The Safariland Purair10XL Ductless Fume Hoods exceed OSHA, ANSI and all relevant international standards.
