Sent me the wrong thing

I ordered the silver lense and they sent me black.. I mean how do you even mess that up? I'll give you a star because at least the lense works..

Not a good match for my fat fingers

For the money, the lens is beautifully made. It certainly looks the part on my X-E2 and I'm sure the optics are more than adequate for the 16MP sensor. But I found the lens really difficult to use. I found it hard to focus. The ring just doesn't offer much grip and it feels just like the aperture ring, making it difficult to tell one from the other without taking the camera from my eye and looking at the lens. The TTArtisans 23mm f1.4 is a vastly superior design in handling terms, with its more deeply cut knurling on the focus ring; well worth the difference in cost.

Good value for the money

Image quality fine at the center, poor at the corners.

Neat Little Lens

Nice lens. The body is metal, increments are marked in Feet & Meters, and Images are clear & focus is sharp. I purchased for shooting video

Mostly love

I've had this lens for about six months, I like it, images captured by my old Nex-5 look wonderful. What drives me nuts is that it focuses past infinity and the stop at infinity is soft. I returned my first copy for a warranty exchange, and my current one is the same. So I scribed the true infinity focus point on the adjuster ring. It's a major problem as it slows down shooting as I must continuously verify focus. It's a great budget performer, and very lightweight, especially compared to using vintage glass with an adapter.

Great value! Fun cheap lens with nice bouque

it's great for the price. It feels solid and it's quite sharp. The downside is how close the aperture and focus ring are from each other, but you get used to it
