A great addition to my camera support kit
The Sachtler Slider Adapter for the Aktiv system is a brilliant bit of kit. The ability to switch from a solid sticks setup to a slider setup in under a minute is a tremendous assist on a fast-paced shoot. It works as advertised. Note that the best application uses a short slider, or supports one end of the slider with something else. The laws of physics have not been repealed, and if you try to support a one meter slider only in the middle, it will sag out of level when you get to the ends. ...
