Customize your control. Sound Devices has made it easy to not only set commands on the A20-HH microphone remotely via NexLink, but also change the physical controls on the mic, simply by swapping out the A20-HH Control Ring, giving you maximum flexibility for your applications.

Among the assignable commands is Aux audio routing, which can be used to activate talkback mode. The command can instruct a Sound Devices Astral receiver to reroute audio to a different output. That means an onstage musician can push a button and request the monitor engineer make a change, or a sports broadcaster can slide the control switch and automatically communicate with a producer located remotely in a broadcast truck - all without lag time or needing a separate, expensive microphone.
