It looks great, and when it works, it works great. But it almost always requires unplugging and plugging back in to actually bring up the images. I've tried plugging it straight into my computer as well as using a USB adapter with the same results. Not sure where the issue lies. I'm happy when it works.

Requires care

The Sandisk CFexpress Pro Reader is well built and light weight but has enough weight that it won't get pulled of the table by the weight of it's own cable. It has small feet and the bottom and insets on the top (shown in the included images) so the feet from another unit can stack on top of it.

It's very fast. I didn't do any actual benchmarks but it's fast enough that I'm able to edit 6K open-gate BRAW right of the card it's reading. Even scrubbing through the footage isn't an issue.

As the title says. I'm thinking of buying the multi-reader and CFast versions as well even though I already have a card reader that can reads both SDXC cards and CFast because these things feel like they can take more way more of a beating. I'd trust these more when traveling.

I love it and I'm thinking of buying some of the other variants.
