I built a QNAP NAS using this exact model of drive. Fortunately, Adorama had the exact model needed. When UPS lost the initial shipment, customer support rush-shipped a new one, since my data was at risk. I can’t say enough good about the service from this site. They understood that the delay was caused by UPS, and my urgent need for a replacement drive, and they delivered, exactly what I needed.

Hard drives are not too exciting so it is hard to say much. I purchased two and they arrived well packaged. I had previously purchased two from B&H but they arrived in nothing more than a static bag and the bubble wrap had not been inflated. So, those were DOA and returned. Adorama did a great job packing the drives and shipped fast and free. The drives make a touch more head noise than I expected buy I am very happy with their speed, temps and performance. They have been installed in a new build PC for about 1 month and all is good.
