Sennheiser CX 400 BT True Wireless Earbuds in black are very good. These earbuds are very comfortable to wear. The sound quality is very good, too. The sound is crystal clear, as it states on the package. These ear buds are splash resistant, which to me means sweat resistant, which is good because when you are working out, you may sweat. The battery life is very good, too. I got about 7 hours playback on a single charge. You can personalize this product using a smart control app through either Apple or Google Play. I chose not to because I'm not that tech savvy. I highly recommend this product.

I like these because they are comfortable to wear, lightweight, and have great battery life. The equalizer allows you to change sound settings within the app, which is something even some of the best ANC earbuds do not allow you to do. The PNC is okay, but nothing compared to ANC that you can get from other in-ear buds. All a matter of what you prefer. Overall, pretty good sound for the value.

I wasn?t expecting my ears to cringe when I first stuck Sennheiser?s most affordable wireless buds in my ears; I?ve tested enough of the company?s higher-end headphones to know it has an expertise in such things. But I was pleasantly surprised with how good they actually sounded given their price point. The earbuds feature Sennheiser?s ?TrueResponse transducer,? a name the company likes to throw around, and while their 7mm drivers are a lot smaller than the 11mm drivers Master & Dynamic uses in its MW08s, the CX True Wireless are some of the best sounding wireless earbuds I?ve ever tested?across the board. My go-to track for testing the bass performance of wireless earbuds?something that?s most often lacking as companies opt for smaller drivers that don?t drain rechargeable batteries as quickly?is the Tropic Remix of Surf Mesa?s ?ily,? specifically when the beat drops at around the 30-second mark. On wireless earbuds like the Beats Studio Buds, the bass performance is a little flat for my preferences, and tends to be overshadowed by otherwise crisp and clear highs. With the CX True Wireless, the entire sound spectrum comes through clear and well-pronounced, while still delivering lower frequencies with a satisfying thump.

Sennheiser has been a top reliable audio company for a long time and I have plenty of their products and will continue to use them. I just upgraded from the CX 400BT because I like new technology and a few other reasons. -These have a 2 hour longer batter life span which for me is key because I travel a lot and use my headphones for music and calls. -They actually have a water splash rating of IPX4 versus no protection. -Now I haven?t tested this and do not intend to but there is comfort in knowing they are somewhat protected against water and sweat from exercising. -CX400 wouldn?t allow independent listening so now I can use either right or left versus just one. This comes in handy in case one earbud?s battery dies then I can still use the other. The tiny sound improvements, and longer battery life alone, are worth the upgrade from the 400BT, prior to these. The highs are cleaner, and higher. The bass is More Full, giving you a bigger presence, filling in the areas where the precision of the driver before, sounded very precise but lacked ummf, These remedy that. The lack of ANC is not that noticeable. They fit in my ear comfortably and come with a few different sized ear pieces for more customization. The fit on these, is the same as the first pair. At first they feel snug, and secure, after about thirty minutes, you recognize they are there, and one hour in, they are uncomfortable. They seal great, and go into my ear canal, perfectly. It is the circumference of them that give me a problem. That snug feeling gives was to pressure, even after wearing them for over twelve hours. The Smart control app works pretty well although sometimes I have a hard time connecting to it with my earbuds. I like that I can change the sound modes to three unique presets?or make my own. I wish I had the ability to put it on a charging pad versus having to plug it in. I think these are very affordable for the quality you are getting.

I was skeptical if I was going to like these at first but after using them for a bit I have fallen in love! They fit my ears perfectly and they don?t fall out. The bass and mids are just right and I don?t have to turn them up real loud to enjoy them. Great pair of ear buds.

These ear buds work really well. They are very comfortable and stay charged throughout the day while working 8 hour shifts. They are also waterproof and the sound is crystal clear. I like how they have different size ear pieces too to make them comfortable for everyone, I definitely recommend this product!

I'm giving these a 4 for the review. These earbuds wouldn't connect to my phone but the would connect to my husband's phone. The sound was pretty good. I guess there is app you can download to adjust the base and treble. So we downloaded it to make the sound alot better then the stock preset. The phone calls from them sound really clear even when in a noisy environment. The size of these made my ears soar but they do fit snug

I was skeptical at first but after installing the app and pairing them I fell in love with the sound and the noise canceling. I could listen to my music with out it being so loud it hurt my ears. I could not hear anyone around me and was able to concentrate on what is was doing. Definitely worth the money I would say and I would highly recommend them to anyone

These are pretty darn good. The sound is way better than i expected it to be. Haven?t had any issues with them sliding from my ear while listening to music on my runs. I?ve been using them for a few days and absolutely love them.

I have been using these Sennheiser CX -400 BT ear phones for a few weeks and I am really happy with their performance. They are super comfortable and light weight, stayed in place during all my activities like running, exercising and working. They paired effortlessly to all my devices , they have a built in equalizer so I can customize my sound. They also have a highly sensitive touch feature that is customizable so i can tap to access them etc. The battery life is superb! they help up over 8hrs of continuous use without having to be charged. They also have a hands free mic that is so handy on my phone calls. The sound quality is amazing so clear and rich and the bass is deep and booming. I am really happy with they are a top notch quality product.

These are the triple threat of earbuds. Sleek, comfortable, and sound quality. No other brand on the ear bud front can compare. They had no issues connecting great range and amazing sound. They are everything I need. No sound escapes either so neighbors at work don't hear. By far a winner.

These ear buds are all around great. It literally feels like being IN the music. The PRO’s far outweigh the CON’s. For PRO’s, they’re easy to set up, easy to use and sound great - the music through them is amazing. The quality of the ear buds themselves is as good as the sound. For CON’s, the design is too simple and the controls are too sensitive - it’s easy to accidentally hang up a call if you’re adjusting the ear bud and touch the sensor pad. As a workaround the app allows you to modify or disable the controls. While the quality of the sound you hear is incredible, i have heard on a few instances from some on the other line of a phone call that the sound is not consistently great. The fit is snug and comfortable as long as you use the rubber ear tip that fits you best - it took me a few tries but i found the one that worked for me. The case they come in is also good quality too - the ear buds magnetically clip tightly in place for charging - i recommend you keep the case in one spot so you don’t misplace it ;)

I highly recommend these awesome wireless ear buds to absolutely anyone. One word I would use to sum this product up and/or describe it, would be AMAZING. They are a bit on the pricey side, but can promise you that their worth every penny well spent. I also own a pair of Air Pods and they don't even come close to being as great as these Sennheiser ear buds. They have great sound, quality, and durability. Also, they are very simple, yet extremely effective.

The case is sleek and a convenient size. The fit is light and comfortable. I really enjoy the different tap controls on each earbud so cool. I like that it came with four different sized adapters providing a perfect fit for your ears. I downloaded the Sennheiser smart control app to customize features. That was quick an easy. The sound quality is really nice. They cancel out a lot of outside noise even when paused. My overall experience has been awesome. I love this brand.

This in-ear "SENNHEISER CX 400BT True Wireless" has worked the best for me for the following reasons: 1. They are in-ear canal phones. Meaning they go directly inside the ears, offering passive noise canceling. This differs from AirPods, sound sport free, and other name brands, which are only in-ear and therefore you hear much of everything around you. I want passive noise canceling bc it allows me to walk in the subway without as much hearing the roaring/ screeching. It also allows you to listen with reduced volume. I have typically kept the Vistas at 50-25% volume, whereas for other brands I needed it to be 75-100%. When they're silent in my ears, you still hear outside noise which is fine. I've been using passive noise-canceling earbuds for years, so I'm used to keeping my head on a swivel so I don't get hit by a car or something. 2. sound quality is great (better than other brands that I have used in the past in my subjective opinion), with options to customize with the equalizer. 3. Comfortable to wear. This is subjective but I've been able to wear it for 3+ hrs without issue. 4. This charging case is smaller than the other brand that I am currently using, converted to inches (2.91" W x 1.44" H x 0.94" D). Compared to other brand cases, from the website (2.11" x 1.74" x 0.84"). Not too far off. I'm able to fit into a pocket easily. Case is also magnetic which other brands run XT is not. 5. no Master/ Slave design. Many true wireless earbuds have a master/ slave design, where the right earbud connects to the phone and then relays it to the left earbud. I found that it has led to many audio cutoffs making for a terrible experience. I found this in the "SENNHEISER CX 400BT True Wireless" to have both earbuds that will connect to the phone, which allows for a more consistent audio connection in my experience. 6. Good microphone for voice/ video calls at the office or a reasonable outdoor environment (coffee shop, walking outside). 7. Passed the shirt test. Able to take off a t-shirt without the earbuds flying out. Areas that could improve. 1 more functionality with the single button. No options for the previous track. I've compensated most functions with my smartwatch for previous/ forward track, volume up/ down. The single button on the earbud I just use for pause/ play. 2 hmmm, I guess that's it. I Will let you know if something else comes up.

These CX400 work pretty well and do exactly what they are meant for. The case is nice and light, opens easy and has a charging port on the back but it would be nice if you can charge it wirelessly. The case seems sturdy but is lacking in appearance. The sounds is great and the microphone works very well. The one problem is it would be nice if the mic wasn't reliant on the right ear bud. The app is easy to navigate and felt pretty basic. I was hoping to have some preselected audio functions to choose from rather that having to make my own. I was also hoping they would have a feature that would enhance the outside noise while these are in my ears and not in use, like hearing aids. They were easy to sync to my phone and set up on the app. I had a hard time only because I didn't pay attention and didn't turn on location on my phone so the app couldn't find my headphones. Once I did turned it on, it was smooth sailing. They sounds great and work well. I believe Sennheiser still has some improvements to make with these. Overall, I am still impressed by them.

The Sennheiser CX 400 BT are fantastic. I utilize them for work and am on the phone constantly throughout the day. When not talking on the phone, I have music playing. No matter the scenario, these headphones are perfect. They block out all of the excess noise, making conversations much easier to have. I tend to walk around when I talk, these have a great range and I am able to leave my phone on the desk without worry. It is very easy to adjust the volume of a phone call or listening to music, and also very easy to mute. The battery life is great and makes its very efficient to get through my day. Once done I put them back in their case, which is very efficient to carry around when needed.

The CX 400 Earbuds are pretty great. They come with a nice little charging case which is magnetic so your earbuds can't get damaged while charging. They fit pretty snug and are fairly comfortable. I have pretty small ears so I have to use the smallest plastic pieces. The sound is very nice and clear, although I wish there was a little more bass. My biggest issue is the connectivity. I could not get them to stay connected to my phone. I tried pretty much everything, but they would disconnect after 5 minutes or so. When I tried them with my husbands phone, I didn't have any issues at all. So I am assuming that it was an issue with my phone rather than the earbuds. Overall, I would recommend the CX 400 earbuds!

The Sennheiser CX 400 BT true wireless earbuds really surpassed my expectations. The twist to fit design is unique and allows for a secure fit, while the different size adapters ensure a proper seal. They're lightweight and sleek, easy to pair and I love the difference touch features. Tap once to pause, twice to skip songs. The app allows for total customization of your listening experience and that's where I've found Sennheiser stands apart from the rest. The ability to adjust treble, bass etc makes all the difference in the world. I've found the battery life to be exceptional. The charging case gives them a lifespan of roughly 12-13 hours which I appreciate. All in all these earbuds are great, I haven't really found a single negative that I'd want to warn anyone about so I say if you're on the fence, take the plunge. I love mine!

These earbuds have a great range so I can do chores and work outside in the yard without carrying my phone. The earbuds a great hard case so I can put in my purse when traveling.

They fit in your ears perfectly because they come with different size pieces to attach to your earbuds so you can find the ones that fit you best. The sound is wonderful. I listen to music while working out and I couldn't be more pleased with the speaker and sound quality. You can tap the earbuds to turn the volume up or down change tracks,mute or pause,etc. Once you are done using your earbuds for the day you slide them back into their case and plug the charge cable into the case. I love absolutely everything about these earbuds. I highly recommend!

The sennheiser CX 400 BT earbuds are wonderful. They are stylish and comfortable, the silicone tips don’t bother me at all. They are not heavy on the ear. The shiny Sennheiser logo gives them a tiny bit of identity. The charging case is extremely light. I got it in black color and it looks pretty cool. I get about 7 hrs of battery life. Ear buds gets auto shut off when placed in case and starts charging automatically. There was no issue in connecting with my iPhone or my windows laptop. So far I have not experienced any issue using them. It has very good sound quality and volume. They are extremely versatile. I have been able to wear them while lying on sofa, working with lawn mower or during workout. They do not have active noise cancellation and I would like to have little more bass while listening to music. I would highly recommend these headphones.

I have been using these earbuds daily for over a week and I love them. The charging case is small and the earbuds are easy to take out and put away. The instructions were simple and I was able to pair the earbuds right away with no connection issues. The best part is after downloading the app I was able to customize them to my needs! The sound quality is excellent, and has some nice bass. I love that one earbud controls music and one controls my assistant. The battery life really exceeded my expectations and the ambient sound is clear and precise. What an awesome product!! The directions were super easy to follow!! I love that their wireless and connected right to my phone through Bluetooth. You can listen to music and take phones calls with this which us really nice!! I love that you can pause,rewind,fast forward and play your music just by touching the outside of the ear bud. You can can also make a phone call and tell it what you want to do!! Hold the one ear bud and say call home and it does!! Best part of all, the case for the earbuds is also the charger so its super convenient!! 5 stars!! I was very impressed with this product!!

First off I was a little skeptical when I got these, but WOW!!! I have always used Bose and these are definitely a great alternative. Let me start by saying the design is perfect. They fit comfortably in your ears and don’t stick out too much. I like the fact that they hold a charge for about 10 hrs. I use them on my motorcycle to listen to music and the sound is clear. I highly recommend these for the price. Very comparable to some of the so called “ higher end” brands.
