Haven?t used it in a year because the standard pack last for 12+ hours but it?s a good piece to have around in an emergency, if I forget to charge or shoot runs longer than expected

This is a great back up when the rechargeable dies and if you're a professional, it's a must tool to have in your bag.

This let’s you use AA batteries with your Sennheiser AVX system! It works for the transmitter units. Overall, both alkaline and NiMH rechargeables work in this. Just put two batteries in, attach to the transmitter, and the transmitter unit powers up. You get a battery bar meter/indicator instead of an hour battery meter. But now you can keep going without having to wait for batteries to recharge.
