With 1,680 transmission frequencies per range, tunable in 25 kHz steps, this receiver offers exceptional flexibility. It features 20 fixed frequency banks with up to 12 compatible frequency presets and one user bank with up to 12 user-programmable frequencies.

The user-friendly, menu-driven interface features a backlit LCD display, showing all essential information such as current frequency, frequency bank and channel number, RF level metering, AF level metering, lock status, battery status, muting function or line output level, and pilot tone evaluation. An auto-lock feature is included to prevent accidental alteration of settings.

The receiver incorporates the Sennheiser HDX compander system and a defeatable pilot tone squelch for superior audio quality. It also features a 3.5 mm audio output with a maximum output of +11 dBu (mono, unbalanced).
