Excellent microphone for indoors. Have yet to use it on outdoors. Does what is it supposed to, it would surely perform better for treated indoor rooms, it will pick up sound.

Fantastic microphone. I think I'm going to use this as my main microphone. I was considering using the RE-320 alongside it, using this on a Elgato Mic Arm allows me to have both of my hands free, which is amazing. I using it for my YouTube and iPhone app course videos: @PaulSolt on YouTube.

Wow, if it's possible for a voice to sound better once recorded, then that's what these mics do. The recreation sounds crisper and more full than your ears could ever pickup on their own.

This microphone is an excellent choice for sit down, indoor interviews. It is better than a typical shotgun microphone as it has much more side and rear rejection, so the sound is cleaner without the echo and boominess that you can get with many shotguns which are really designed for outdoor use.
