Must have for COVID meetings.

Very necessary in COVID times while we continue teleconferences. The distant end had trouble hearing us because we all had to sit at least 6' apart and there was one Polycom phone in the middle of the room. Landline is a must here so the included 2.5mm-3.5mm cable was not helpful. I had to order a 3.5mmTRRS to 2.5mmTRS adapter in order for mic and speaker to work in the headset jack of a standard desk phone. Just for testing purposes I also used a 2.5mmTRRS to RJ9 cable from headsetbuddy and it works with any phone now. The distant end immediately noticed our audio upgrade. Pretty easy to use. Customer Service for Sennheiser gets a 1 star though. There's no phone support. Email support responded once with suggestions and a question...then never heard back again when I replied to their email.
