Well, I bought this to go along with the YN 600EX RT flash even though it is designed for the Canon counterpart. It fits a little snugly and I had to trim a little on the inside. Anyway, I'm happy with the flash results. I'll probably only use it when I'm ETTL and on camera. Great price and good results.

I have only had the opportunity to use this for one event, but was very pleased with the results. It fits snuggly on the flash, so you just forget about it. Like any diffuser, it will knock a stop or two off the exposer, so you have increase your ISO, or open up the aperture a little to allow for it. So far, I am pleased with the Sto-Fen, especially for the price.

As a professional photographer a big part of my job is covering events indoors and out- weddings, corporate gatherings, meet and greets, high school and college sports player Senior Nights, family photo shoots, etc, etc. The Sto-Fen Omni Bounce is indispensable in my equipment bag! I won't shoot without it! It provides the most beautiful light from my flash. Seems like it comes in sizes to fit every external flash out there. I use one on every falsh. It's the most important and inexpensive piece of lighting equipment that I own!

Using these forever. Always keep one in my kit for each of my flashes. Simple quick way to soften your harsh light when you are on the go. I recommend these to everyone over much more expensive ones on the market Just be sure you get the right one for your specific flash.

We bought three for our new flashes and they work like the many Sto-Fen's we've owned for other flashes. The main differences is that they have an unusual ridge and have a very tight fit. The ridge doesn't seem to make a difference one way or the other. The tight fit is nice so it doesn't fall off, but if you tend to take them on and off - like we do - it can be a bit of a challenge.

Just have to clip it on your flash to make your photos look like they were taken under natural light. It very light and does not take any space so I always take it with my flash.

The Sto-Fen might not work as well as my umbrellas or softbox, but outside(in the wind) it is the best. Inside, for shapshots, it is easy too use as well.

I have used Omni bounces for years and use them all the time. Bought the new Canon 600s (two) so bought two new Omni bounces. These are a little harder to use then the ones for the 580. Mostly becuase of the cut out for the filter holder. Not really a big deal though and not a deal breaker.

Don't be discouraged as to the difficulty fitting it on the first time. It's material is somewhat malleable and after a couple of time it's a perfect fit.
