Nice addition to the a6000 lens arsenal. Have been looking for a light weight lens in the 18-50 to 70mm range that was built for the small sensor, at a decent price point. Only thing missing is VC/OSS.

If you're looking a daily shooter/most scenarios kind of lenses this is an amazing one. The pictures quality is fantastic. The autofocus is silent when it comes to video. Maybe not the fastest compared to the Sony version but then again you can buy two lenses and complete your set for the price of one Sony lens. For me It's worth the compromise. The build quality is very good, it doesn't feel cheaply made. It's made in Japan. And it has the perfect weight for a do-it-all lens. It's always on my camera.

This is the perfect lens for me. I was surprised by the small form factor. It is perfect for the canon R7. It's the perfect form factor. Light, sharp and at 18 to 50 it can cover a number of shooting situation. At 2.8, it is great at low light and, fast on the focus. Get this lens! It's a absolute game changer.

I haven't been into photography for over a decade, but started traveling again lately and wanted better shots than I could get on my phone. I ended up going with a Sony A6400 and this Sigma 18-50 lens. I was looking for something versatile to be my primary travel lens and this 100% fits the bill. I haven't shot much with it yet, but so far its been great! The F2.8 provides decent bokeh for portraits, and the autofocus has been quick and quiet.

I would recommend this lens for anyone who is looking for a small compact zoom lens for traveling or everyday carry without adding too much bulk. If you own all fujifilm zoom lenses in the past you might take a minute to get used to the fact that the zoom on this lens is opposite from all other lenses you own.

The video reviews are spot on with this lens. It's lightweight, compact and exceptionally sharp compared to the Fujifilm 18-55mm f2.8-4 kit lens. Having the zoom ring turn the other way is distracting at first but you get used to it. I have this mounted on my X-S10 and is honestly a great travel combo. This would fit this body more since you have the SLR-like controls.

Amazing budget friendly lens. Recently picked up an a6400 and this lens is just a killer combo with it. The sharpness on it is amazing and I can somewhat do some macro photography as well. Super versatile and amazing for the price. Highly recommend if your looking for a low price-high quality lens.

An amazing all around lens. Almost the perfect APS-C lens for your E-mount camera. Image quality is great & F/2.8 is very useful on a zoom lens. And at such a great price. A few compromises for sure, 18 mm isn't wide enough for some people and some shots that even I want. With my A6600 the lack of stabilization isn?t a huge issue. But if you have a 6100/6400 this may be a bit of an issue, especially with video. But the benefits are a compact, light weight lens that is very affordable with excellent image quality.

I bought this lens for the small size and large aperture (for a zoom). It balances perfectly on my A6600 and is easy to carry. The lens is sharper than I expected with the only compromise being distortion, a good trade off. I prefer 28mm equiv to 24mm equiv so that was a non-issue for me. The lens feels solid and well built. I've already made pictures I'm quite happy with.
