Building on the optical system of Sigma’s Art lenses, the AF Cine Line offers exceptional rendering performance, along with high-precision autofocus with excellent tracking capability, combined with the ergonomics required for professional cinema production. This allows it to handle multiple shooting styles and on-set environments that were previously challenging with traditional still lenses or cine lenses.

Full-frame zoom range

Cover 28-45mm with a constant T2 aperture across the zoom range. Capture wide establishing shots or natural mid-range perspectives without changing lenses, all while maintaining consistent exposure. The lens delivers a sharp, clean look with minimal flare or ghosting, perfect for narrative film, documentary, or commercial work.

Professional cine mechanics

The lens integrates cinema-style features including a limited-rotation focus ring, standard 0.8M pitch gears, and a clickless aperture ring. At just 151.3 mm or 6" long and weighing 1.2 kg or 2.7 lbs, it remains compact while meeting industry rigging standards.
