The product it self was awesome but was actually not the hood I needed. It was not the correct item for the lens I purchased off the site based on the description. Fits perfectly on my 50-150mm f/2.8 lens. Absolutely identical to the original that came with lens in terms of material, fit, markings, etc - appears to be an original product, not a generic copy. Not easy to find, and I appreciate that Adorama has it and at a reasonable price. p.s. I am a big fan of this lens, startlingly good colors and bokeh for for the price. I have the Nikon version.

Sigma 30mm F1.4 lens hood

This is a replacement for me. It fits perfectly on the Sigma 30mm F1.4 DC DN Lens. I prefer it to be a little tighter fit but no problems. My old one was fine it just accidentally hit my hiking bag with it without knowing it came off so I lost it. It was my own fault and I'll be careful this time.
