I'm so glad I got the Spider Belt. My back and neck aren't killing after a wedding day, and my cameras aren't smashing into each other anymore (from using a harness). It was surprisingly really easy to get used to using the belt and trusting that my gear is secured (literally only after one day), what a life saver!

These anti-twist pins are very easy to I stall and are very sturdy. They allow an easy exchange of a camera from one to the other holster on a belt with dual holsters. Highly recommended.

I appreciate that the pin is made to tight tolerances and will not undo accidentally, however if you are a hiker note that the pin and socket will wear with constant movement with heavy camera/lens systems. Please inspect the pin periodically and before any long treks. It is easy to replace. Nothing beats the Spider system for keeping the weight on your hips while giving very quick access to your cameras.

As others have said, it's a nicely machined spider pin and 3/8" anodized hex screw. I recently purchased a Three-legged thing QR11 L-bracket for my old D7000. I had been using the classic v1 spider plate and pin attached to the bottom of the camera, but with the L-bracket that no longer works as a carry solution. The bracket vertical has a 1/4-20 hole so I installed the spider pin on the bracket to hang the camera on my spider holster. The included screw is not long enough for this adaptation but you can purchase an equivalent screw in 5/8" at a hardware store and that works just fine.

Sometimes you need to holster on the right. Sometimes you want to holster on the left but can't because well you only have one pin on your plate. Solve that problem with this Anti-Twist Pin :D

Finding the Spider Camera Holster has enabled me to use both my camera bodies and keep them safe. I no longer have them dangling around my neck, setting a camera on the ground or needing someone to hold it for me. This has allowed me to quickly change bodies depending upon the need at the time. I have reached out to customer service several times and received the help that I needed to find the right combination of products for me. Thank you Spider for a solid safe solution for me!

I bought the pin to add to my existing holder so that I could hang the camera from either hip. It was easy to install, and does the job for which I purchased it.

I BOUGHT THE PIN TO LEVAL THE SPIDER PRO TO ALLOW ME TO SET MY CAMERA ON ITS BASE AND NOT FALL OVER, IT NOW SITS VERTICAL AND DON'T HAVE TO BE CONCERNED THE CAMERA IS GOING TO FALL OVER. IT IS MUST FOR PRO USER TO BUY SPIDER PRO WITH TWO PINS FOR BALANCE.
