The cage's design is such that it wraps around three sides of the camera, leaving the handgrip exposed for easy access. The package includes a 15mm Rod System Baseplate, which further expands your accessory mounting possibilities. One of the standout features of this full camera cage is the HDMI / USB-C Protector Clamp, designed to safeguard your camera's HDMI and USB-C ports from any potential damage. The bottom of the cage boasts Arca-style compatibility, enabling you to effortlessly attach it to a Quick-Release Baseplate or gimbal. The cage's left side is equipped with a NATO rail, providing an option for handle attachment. The cage also features three cold shoe attachments, offering flexibility for mounting a variety of accessories. The ARRI Locating Top Handle not only enhances handling but also provides additional cold shoe mounting points. The package includes a cage extender for optional camera battery pack attachment. For those seeking further customization, there's an optional ARRI Rosette Attachment. The cage also offers an optional SSD Bracket Mount, allowing for SSD storage attachment. The packaging was convenient with screws placed in with its corresponding part, though a couple of screws were missing. The top plate, in my opinion, is too large and clunky adding unnecessary weight and is not the best looking appearance wise. The red tightening knob is a hair too long and hits the top of the tripod head. Yes, it has the pull out then turn option, but it's a pain. The best part is the HDMI cord protection attachment. In conclusion, this is one of the only cage options with a rod mount that's available right now, so if you need one, it's very worth it.
