Fantastic little mic. Unobtrusive but with great pickup. We use these to get room noise from the sanctuary out into the foyer. Three of them cover the entire room and with some EQ tweaks we don't have to have anyone man the board to maintain acceptable signal to noise ratios.

Good quality build and good quality audio on a budget. We are using a single mic for our small church of 25 people and it picks up decently well. We have decided that we need two for our sized room though. There is very little interference and it does alright picking up what we need it to. I would expect that a higher priced one might be slightly better audio quality but this works great for our needs.
