The Camera Cage Kit with Shoulder Mount System and Follow Focus for RED KOMODO is a comprehensive, professional-grade solution for enhancing your filming experience. This kit is specifically designed for the RED KOMODO camera system, offering a perfect fit and seamless integration.
The kit features a robust three-piece cage, a 15mm LW baseplate system, and an L-shaped top handle, all designed to provide superior protection and multiple accessory-mounting options for your RED Digital Cinema Komodo 6K camera. The 15mm LW baseplate system aligns perfectly with the RED KOMODO's optical center, with or without the expander module, ensuring optimal performance.
The kit also includes a sturdy dovetail plate that can be securely mounted to the bottom of your camera body using 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 screws. The dovetail plate slides into a spacer, which is mounted to the 15mm LW baseplate, allowing for easy adjustments and transitions between setups.
The L-shaped top handle is constructed from anodized aluminum and features a smooth, wooden finger grip made from Canadian maple. It offers a solid connection to your top plate using mounting screws and features SHAPE Push-Button Technology for easy balance adjustments and 360-degree rotation.
The Camera Cage Kit also includes a Follow Focus Kit, which makes focus pulling a breeze. The compact design allows for easy addition and removal of components without the need for screws or tools. The kit comes with five drive gears to fit a variety of lens sizes and a rubber, anti-slip follow focus wheel attached to a single aluminum 15mm rod clamp.
The kit also features a 2-Stage 4 x 5.6" matte box for light control, insertion, and adjustment of filters. The matte box can be used as a clip-on and can be mounted on an industry-standard 15mm rod system.
