John H : Does the M78S cartridge and stylus include instructions for connecting the poles to the red, green, black and white wires in the shell?WILLIAM J : If you are using the cartridge on a stereo turntable then just connect the wires according to the color codes. As for instructions, I do not remember, but you can go to the Shure website and download instructions.ANDREW R : I believe installation instructions are included, though they are readily available from the manufacturer if they are missing.
Shopper : Does the M78s cartridge come with the stylus?ANDREW R : Yes, the stylus should be included

Best way to play 78rpm records I have found

Having used the Shure cartridges in the past, and having had excellent results for several years, I was sure ordering the M78SS would be the right choice for my older records. It was, even for the late 19th century records with their rough surfaces. I highly recommend it.
