Best Thing To Prevent Buying A Whole Mic

We have tons of these mics in the school district, and when I discovered that I could replace these elements,... I bet I will save thousands to dollars, of your money! The element is about half the price of the whole mic. Sweet!!

The Shure R185 is a replacement cardioid cartridge (White) for all Microflex MX183, MX202, MX391, MX392, MX393, MX412, MX418 microphones. The R185 provides a performance equal to the original cartridge included with the Microflex MX series microphones.
