The Shure WCM16 is primarily used by performers, lecturers, and vocalists who require superior voice pickup and maximum mobility during their performances or presentations.
The miniaturized active circuitry in the WCM16 tailors the low-frequency response to mimic the warm proximity effect of larger vocal microphones. This reduces popping and breath noise, even without the use of a foam pop screen.
The hypercardioid unidirectional pickup pattern offers maximum isolation from ambient noise and adjacent sound sources. This allows for higher gain-before-feedback, ensuring clear and distinct vocals.
The Shure WCM16 is designed to withstand temperature and humidity extremes, ensuring reliable performance in virtually any environment.
