This clamp and plate is sturdy. It fits well on my Sirui monopod and on my manfrotto tripod (after using a conversion plate).

About Sirui VH-90

The Sirui VH-90 Quick Release Platform & Plate is made from forged aluminum alloy. The forging technique produces high-density metals with much greater strength than die-cast methods. This QR plate is designed with slide-stopping rubber mat to prevent the camera/lens from moving while tightening the screw. This plate is Arca-compatible. The red anti-twist stoppers are designed to prevent the camera from shifting or twisting as you move the ball head. The Sirui VH-90 Quick Release Platform & Plate is Manfrotto compatible for all cameras.
