The SIRCHIE BluBeam Forensic Examiner is a unique alternate light source. The BUV100 boasts full 24 W of LED illumination with two individually controlled banks of lights housing a total of eight 3 W LEDs operating at 455 nm with Hi-Low power settings. This high luminescence is the key to locate hard-to-find evidence such as body fluids, hair, fibers, bone fragments and the like. The BUV100 excels in punching-up weak fluorescence especially when the use of DFO is required to add fluorescence to what might be faint or fragmented ridge detail. It comes with 110/220 V AC operation.
