The huge digital counter of the Sirchie RMDT200 is in the most protected spot on the wheel. With the handle up, it is nearly impossible for the counter to come in contact with the ground. With the handle down, the roll bar offers solid protection. Its swan-neck, ergonomic handle features a patent-pending thumb-up grip ensuring less wrist strain and superior control. Dust, dirt and other particles can disrupt the light beam used in competitive units, but the magnetic pick-up sensor of this unit negates these problems.
