Skydio X10 Dock Plan with Cellular Data

Skydio X10 Dock Plan includes one (1) Skydio Remote Ops for X10 subscription, one (1) cellular data plan for the X10, access to Skydio Paraverse platform, integration catalog, and all API's. Includes repair and preventative maintenance services on the Dock for X10 Flight System. Customer is responsible for maintaining system components in accordance with the Skydio Dock for X10 Flight System Maintenance Manual. Customer must contact Skydio Support to schedule maintenance and repairs. Repairs and replacements are conducted as-needed based on system faults detected within Skydio Cloud, or as reported by the Customer and mutually agreed upon based on diagnostics and troubleshooting. Field-replaceable components, shipping, handling, field services work hours and travel are included.

Includes wearable drone parts (propellers and batteries). Customer is responsible for the replacement of batteries and propellers on the drone in accordance with Skydio recommendation. Includes access to a discounted and fixed repair and replacement price of $990 per X10 vehicle, up to 3 units over Customer's purchased term, beginning on the date of customer receipt of X10. Customer will be charged the full cost of the replacement drone if Skydio fails to receive payment of associated replacement fees (covered in T&C) within thirty (30) days of the shipment. Includes access to Skydio Academy Online content. Price is annual per dock.
