DO NOT BUY

The camera on more than one occation has locked up and we lost all of our photos. Sea LIfe was less than helpful. If you want this camera you can find it on [...] for a dollar.

When it works, it's okay, but not robust

I bought this camera for snorkeling. The controls are straightforward, and when it works, it's fine. However, it has two problems: 1. The color correction simply doesn't work. The "sea" setting provides a hideous red cast even in shallow water, while the normal setting is too green. The only really good results for me were in normal setting with 1-2 feet of water. 2. It isn't reliable. Despite following the maintenance instructions to the letter (15 minutes soaking in fresh water after use, manipulating all the controls), on the fourth day of a week-long snorkeling trip all the buttons, including power off, stopped working. It was useless for the rest of the trip. Very disappointing.

Great camera for the price

I got the camera, digital strobe, and wide angle lens. Tested it in a pool once before my big trip. Really enjoyed using it. I[...].Do go ahead and get the flash and lens you will want themI do wish it would save in RAW format and all the shot data. But pictures are clear and sharp. Controls are easy to use.

Easy to use adventure companion

Good all round - easy to use adventure companion Should come in fluro colours - preferably stripes. Drop this black baby in the drink and you will NEVER find it.

Sealife reefmaster mini

Great camera, I read all the instructions (unusual for me) the functions are clear and the pictures turn out great. This is a good point and shoot. I especially like that it doesn't rely on a flimsy plastic housing to remain water tight. I saw the camera in Jamaica and was sold on its solid construction.[...]

Works good with excellent features

I use this camera as a time laspe camera. It is light amoured and very good. You can turn off auto balence. Just a great little camera. Needs a little more battery life. With the use of energizer e2 lithiums it will take about 1000 pictures depending on the complexity of the scene. So I leave it on a tripod out by it self for a day or 2 aimed at my subject and I get a beautiful time laspe sequences when placeed in my non linear editor. Rugged well made little camera excellent pictures, needs a more sensitive detector and longer battery life. I think you can use larger memory sticks you will just run out of batteries before you use it up.

very capable and straight- forward

I've had it a few weeks and no problems, so far. I previously ordered the SL 321 which malfunctioned right out of the box, so I tried the deeper-diving version with no problems , yet.
