Questions & Answers

Shopper : How well did it work? Were you happy with it?KIMBERLY E : Have only used it once since we got it, but no problems, happy with the photos. We do have a strobe for it, and would definitely recommend getting one.PERRY C : The camera worked very well and I have been happy with it. I recommend using it with an underwater strobe, which I did, if you are going to dive past 30 ft. My dive partner also bought one and has since purchased the strobe. I use 1000mH NiMH rechargeable batteries and an 8gb class 10 SD in mine. I can take 700+ pictures on one charge. I hope this helps, these are great little point and shoot cameras without a lot of buttons and settings to mess with.ANGELA D : The SeaLife Mini II works well for what I've needed. It has an excellent set-up and layout and is very easy to use even while wearing dive gloves. It takes great pictures underwater but pictures on land get a little blurry/pixelated. Overall it's a decent camera and I am happy with my purchase.WALLY T : It works great. Easy to work underwater. Clear pictures. Very short battery life, and the pictures trend toward the blue spectrum even in shallow water, unless you have a flash.JOHN M : I worked great ! Pictured turned ou excellant. I only got to do a discover scuba dive with kids but had no problems at all. Would recommend to anyone. Always have extra batteries just in case needed. Bought wide angle lense but really don't think you need it.

Disappointing

Used the camera for underwater photography while scuba diving. Found the setting controls difficult, pictures were substandard, it slowly deteriorated and finally it broke after 18 months.

Great little camera

Compact, easy to use, takes good pictures, however in deep water (30+ feet) probably can use extra flash. Takes great above water pix too, very clear. It is a very convenient way for the casual photographer to take great photos while scuba diving.

Good value

For the price it is a good value, although serious underwater photographers should opt for one of their pricier, more-feature-intensive models.
