Tom S : How close will the scope focus? 10 yds or 33' is what I need.CHARLES S : Don't know. Scope was given as a present.Dennis G : You are in luck, the gun cabinet is next to my computer and I did a little functional testing on the spot. The scope is adjustible for parallex to just under 10 yards. With the parallex set at 10 yards I successfuly focused on an object slightly under 5 yards.CARL M : Tom, I purchased a Sinnons 3X9X32WA/AO scope and mounted it on a Ruger 10/22 with high mount, see-through bases. The scope will probably focus down to five yards, even at high power. A ten yard focus should not be a problem. You will need to use a combination of the objective and eye-piece adjustments to achieve the desired focus. The sight picture is crisp and is a great daylight scope, however, it is not great in low-light conditions. This scope is not a Swarovski, but for the price, it's a BUY. I hope this helps, CarlANDREW R : Unfortunately the manufacturer does not specify a minimum focus distance for this unit.

Okay for the price

Scope has decent glass and I really like the AO feature. The rings are of low quality and would not stay in place. Replaced the rings with steel ones and all is good.
