The first time it came damaged because it was jammed into the bag it came in and the small corner flaps were bent. So I returned it to Adorama without any issue and got a replacement sent. 

The replacement was almost perfect but had a small ding/bend near the bottom corner that I worried wouldn't stick very well to the screen. When I did the application it came out clean and very nice except for that small spot where it has been dinged. It is a spot where it doesn't affect my viewing of the screen and I ended up putting soft side Velcro over it since I use that spot of filter tags anyway. It seemed like more of a hassle to me to get another replacement.  It's also kind of a fingerprint magnet but pretty easy to clean off with a microfiber.

No issues so far and it seems that it will do a good job of protecting my screen from small scratches. I gave it 4/5 stars because it had small issues both times. Overall it's a good product and less than half the price of the other one available for the SmallHD 703 monitor.
