SmallRig Hawklock Advanced Edition Cage Kit with Dual Rod System for Sony FX5 Camera

SmallRig "HawkLock" Advanced Cage Kit with Dual Rod System 6924 is designed to protect the camera body, provide accessory expansion, and support low-angle shooting.

The cage features a modular design and includes top mount plates and a U-shaped cage, supporting flexible setups for different shooting scenarios. Each module is secured at two or more points for stable, anti-twist mounting. Protective pads are built into camera contact points to help prevent scratches.

The ergonomic top handle offers a comfortable grip and mounts quickly through the NATO clamp. Its enclosed design helps prevent accidental drops during low-angle shooting. A dedicated HDMI cable clamp helps protect the port and maintain stable signal transmission during shooting.

The wrist strap features an ergonomic design to reduce wrist strain and improve security during extended handheld shooting. The 15mm rod clamp is secured at multiple points for stable expansion with accessories such as follow focus units. The included 15mm dual rod mount plate and two 15mm rods enable quick mounting of professional accessories such as matte boxes, lens supports, and V-mount batteries. The adapter ring support secures the adapter ring to improve lens stability and reduce stress on the camera mount.

The cage also includes built-in 1/4"-20 threaded holes, 1/4"-20 locating holes, 3/8"-16 threaded holes, ARRI locating holes, a NATO rail, an Arca-type quick release plate, a wrist strap slot, and more for the attachment of a wide range of professional accessories. In addition to enabling quick installation and removal, the NATO rail and Arca-type quick release plate feature an anti-drop design at both ends to improve security even in demanding shooting environments.

A magnetic wrench is built into the cage for convenient access and easy assembly.

• 1When using the top plate with the NATO rail, confirmed compatible hot shoe accessories include the Sony ECM-B1M, ECM-M1, ECM-B10, and the DJI Mic 2 hot shoe adapter. Confirmed incompatible hot shoe accessories include the Sony ECM-W3, ECM-W3S, and ECM-W2BT microphones
• When using the Sony XLR handle (XLRH2B) or Sony EVF (DVFEL1B), all top plates must be removed first
• The Adapter Support is compatible with Metabones, MOFAGE and Nisi PL-E adapter. When using the MOFAGE PL-E adapter, you must first remove it before changing the filter
