SmallRig "HawkLock" Quick Release Cage Kit for Canon EOS R5 Mark II 5029B is designed to enhance handheld shooting stability, portability, and accessory expansion. The kit includes a cage, USB-C & HDMI cable clamps, and the HawkLock quick release handle. The kit has incorporated HawkLock quick release interfaces for swift and secure mounting. It features the H21 quick release NATO rail, H18 quick release cold shoe mount, H38 Arca-Swiss quick release plate, 1/4"-20 threaded holes, 1/4"-20 locating holes, 3/8"-16 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes, cold shoe mounts, NATO rails, QD interfaces, strap slots, and more for attaching monitors, microphones, tripods, follow focus systems, handles, and other accessories to enhance video content creation in various scenarios.

The cage secures the camera in place with a single 1/4"-20 screw at the base and two locating blocks on the sides, incorporating built-in silicone pads to prevent scratches on the camera. The built-in Arca Swiss quick release plate enables seamless mounting on Arca-type tripods (ID 4353, 4060) and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro stabilizers, facilitating swift transitions between stabilizer, handheld, and tripod setups. The ergonomic HawkLock quick release handle with silicone padding ensures a comfortable and stable handheld shooting experience. The HDMI & USB-C cable clamp securely fastens with a single thumbscrew, preventing signal interruptions and ensuring stable signal transmission.

This versatile clamp can secure both HDMI and USB-C connectors simultaneously or separately, offering flexible configuration options. It attaches to SmallRig cages (ID 5953, 5954, 4161, 4975B, 4977B, 4978, 5092) using an M4 thumb screw, allowing for tool-free installation while preventing connector misalignment that could lead to cable damage and signal interruptions.

Note: This cable clamp cannot be used after installing the 5953, 5954, and 4161 on a Canon R6 Mark II. If you need the cable clamp for Canon R6 II, please purchase 2981B
