This Mobile Office Spinner has so many amazing features. It's very well constructed. A lot can be packed if needed. I love all the different features. Highly recommend.

Best business case
This the best business case I have ever used. You can literally place most office essentials in it and still have room for more non-essential items. Excellent product

Torn zippers
I bought one a year and a half ago, almost half of the zippers were ripped.
Of course the warranty dosen't cover it.

Wheels Did Not Last
The rubber wrapping around the wheels has come off, causing LOTS of noise when it is rolled. The rubber wrapping or the wheels cannot be replaced.

Poor quality.
Very poor quality for a Samsonite product. The handle broke on the very first use. One of the zippers wasn't working at all. Couldn't send it back for time reasons. Not worth it the price.

Very functional, not durable
Very functional. Very versatile in compartments and how they can be used. Lots of space for computer, accessories, overnight business travel. Downside is not very durable. This is my second one. The first one the handle broke after about 1 year. On this one the outside rubber layer on one of the wheels came off after about 1 year & 2 months. The wheel still works but it makes a very loud racket on hard surface floors in indoor spaces. Would try something else but can't find anything this big and versatile. Have to have the mindset it will last a year maybe two under heavy use then have to replace it.

I love my bag!
I got this bag to replace my other Samsonite that I've had for almost ten years. I had the classic but decided to get this one. I like it because it's a little bigger but I like the other one better because of the pockets...really don't like the accordion wallet section.

samonite carry on bag
I had the previous model and the handle broke off. This appears to be simular and I need to figure out how to properly pack it for my needs. The handle is plastic and I expect it to not last long. I would have gladly paid more for a much sturdier handle.

Not airplane friendly
Very good for the price. only problem with it is that it has only two weeks. For someone like myself who lives on the planes. It becomes a pain moving in the airplane aisles.

Less than expected
I was replacing my old Samsonite bag with a new one. I have used my new bag for two months and I am really disappointed. The zippers are not as robust as the old bag. This bag has less space than the old bag. The handle design requires me to unzip both sides of the bag completely to remove my laptop which is a real pain at the airport TSA screening points because everything else in the pocket can fall out. I am really disappointed with my purchase.

good but..
I travel between work sites daily so this gets heavy use. Has managed well except last week the telescoping handle began to fail. Disappointing, but still going to order another since can't find one this size.

A bag that works.
This bag is going to house my laptop and countless accessories. There seems to be ample storage and the bag works great at fitting a 17" laptop.
However, the handle and carrying options are limited. It is a one-trick pony with a handle that seems as though it may break easily.
