It?s been absolutely amazing. excellent console, very fast and responsive. mine hasnt been very glitchy, but if i turn off rest mode, apps tend to crash overnight. not a big deal as long as it doesn?t brick anything gameplay has been incredible. no loading screens at all. fast travels within 1 second. the activities button is low key so good for figuring out if you have enough time to start a quest. it has quick resume for the latest media/game so i can switch between hulu and spiderman with a 1 second load time. prob one of my favorite features. i rushed thru spiderman, miles morales, astros, and god of war. i cant get over how amazing each one of those games was and how much fun to play. the last of us kinda killed the vibe for me tho (VERY repetitive gameplay) but thats not a console issue. i like how sony handles the explore page for both games/media. gives good variety (esp media page) with few unobtrusive ads. this console is prob my best purchase of 2022

Have been trying to get the PS5 for my godson for months . Came close with other retailers but always losing out to B.O.T.S.(unable to complete transaction or items selling out within seconds). I am adamant about not paying more to hackers and online resellers with their exorbitant mark-ups. Only a fool would pay more for any product than what it is worth. This is a bad business practice and should not be supported. Discoverd Adorama just before Christmas and was able to purchase the digital edition over the phone . My sales person and personal shopper extraordinaire Ileana was awesome. She was patient, friendly and quiet knowledgeable. Answers all the questions I had regarding shipping and authentication of the product (lots of scams online). Unfortunately the kid wanted the Disc console instead. Had to cancel the order and thought I'd never get this opportunity again, but Ileana kept in touch and notified me within a couple of weeks that Adorama had the Disc version in stock and ready to ship. Transaction was done over the phone while driving home from work with no stress on my part. Confirmation email was sent by the time I got home and shipping information and tracking number was sent the next morning. Within 3 days I had a new PS5 in perfect condition at my home. This was truly a great shopping experience for me on such a difficult to find item. Ileana/Adorama =awesome customer service.

The PS5 makes great use of its blazing fast ssd hdd. Long loading screens are a thing in the past. Sony has also outdid themselves with the new DualSense controller. The controller's Haptic feedback gives you a whole new experience. Cannot wait for the upcoming games this year!!
