I find it really difficult to use. Its not intuitive as to which direction is correct to place the controller in place and doesnt really snap into place.

It's very useful for me as I can leave my controllers on the charger dock after playing without the hassle to connecting it to a charger everytime.

A general overview of the Sony dual sense 2 Bay charging station for PlayStation 5

I love the compatibility and the size of it. Takes up less space than I thought. Would have loved to share a picture but then the site is not letting me. But the product is good for anyone trying to save space and something good for their controller in the long run.
