Experience the cutting-edge performance of the ST-3IB36 OnTheAir Node Video Server, bundled with OnTheAir Live, designed specifically for Apple MacBook Air, iMac, and Mini. This sleek, modern, and high-tech server is an innovative solution for live streaming, offering unrivaled compatibility with a range of Apple devices.
The OnTheAir Node is not just a playout server, but also an ingest engine for Mac, controlled by the included OnTheAir Live software and open to integration with third-party applications. Its open client-server architecture allows for remote control over the network, making it a versatile choice for managing multiple playout servers from a single client computer.
This stylish video server is designed to be reliable, customizable, and affordable. It features real-time media cataloging and validation, enabling third-party applications like Traffic and Media Asset Management solutions to easily control a dependable playout server. The software is designed to launch automatically at startup and resume operation, even in the event of a power loss, ensuring uninterrupted service.
The OnTheAir Node is compatible with any Intel-based processor equipped with a video card (AJA, Blackmagic Design or Matrox) and can be installed in the xserve, MacPro, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac, or Mac mini machines. The OnTheAir Live software can be installed on the same computer as Node or on a less powerful computer in a control room, offering flexibility in setup.
With features like A / B Roll playlists, Chain Mode and Cue Mode, OnTheAir Live is perfect for live production. It allows you to control as many Nodes as you like from a single Live application. The Node software is equipped with the same playout engine as Softron's flagship product OnTheAir Video, delivering the same reliability that this product has demonstrated over time.
The OnTheAir Node Video Server offers the capability to control this engine via TCP / IP, which means you can manage your playout even while on the road. It not only outputs video to any available video output on the Mac and enables remote control, but also catalogs the available assets in one or more scan folders and informs any of the client applications, such as OnTheAir Live or the optional OnTheAir Manager (not included), when a new asset arrives or is removed.
Experience the power and efficiency of the ST-3IB36 OnTheAir Node Video Server, your ultimate solution for live streaming on Apple devices.
