This stylish black speaker is not just a feast for the eyes but also for the ears. It incorporates a dedicated 8" polypropylene woofer and an offset 1" aluminum dome tweeter with a waveguide. This combination ensures superb intelligibility for both background and foreground music, as well as messaging, delivering up to 108 dB max. SPL.
The SM82-EZ-II-WX uses a 64W low-insertion loss transformer and features a six-position tap switch with a transformer bypass position, offering flexibility and control over your sound. Its mounting includes a proprietary, tool-free, low-profile Stealth bracket with a direct-drive camwedge. This allows for stable and precise aiming up to 90 degrees in one direction.
The mounting hardware, constructed of powder-coated aluminum, includes a pre-mountable pole or surface bracket. This ensures quick and easy installation, dividing labor effectively. This speaker is engineered for cost-conscious applications that require true intelligibility, quality low-frequency response, and quick installation.
Whether you're hosting an event at a casino, convention center, gym, nightclub, aerobic room, airport, superstore, arena, theme park, transportation hub, shipping center, or stadium, the SM82-EZ-II-WX delivers smooth and even coverage. For additional low-end response down to 41 Hz (-10 dB), the powered SM1001p may be incorporated.
