I would buy this product again and again
I absolutely love the product, have it in our larger basement living room. And fills up the area nicely with sound. We do have the sound bar, subwoofer and two 300 series speakers.

This soundbar is amazing
In my small open plan entertaining area, this soundbar is brilliant. I don't have room for the full surround sound set of speakers but this one does an amazing job. Also, my mum who is hard of hearing, finds the clarity so good, she can hear the tv when the volume is raised. I am very happy & will buy another one for a different room.

Apple-esque setup ease, C for execution
We use the product in our living room and watch various TV shows movies stream of music. We have had some unreliability concerns related to the device disconnecting and we have had to delete it from the Sonos app and re-added it several times it is connected with a 4K rocket fish Earc HDMI cable. I love the product but get frustrated when the device disconnects

Incredible sound
The sound is great, we don't have to hit the plyback button any longer to replay what we missed while watching movies and other shows on tv.

Recent Upgrade from Sonos Beam Gen 2
The sound quality is incredible. It is just like you are at the scene in movies. Also, the music is crisp, and you hear all the individual instruments. Music selection is great. I use Amazon Music stations most of the time. I have recently upgraded my Sonos Beam Gen 2 to an Arc Ultra, and it was a big improvement, well worth the upgrade. I would recommend this product to anyone

Great Sound.
Used for music streaming, movies, and tv viewing.
Use control settings depends on several elements all functioning properly at the same time: internet, iphone Sonos app and wireless router. It would be nice to have an external remote .

Great home theater sound!
Bought Sonos Arc Ultra and Sub-4 from Costco Nov-20, 2025. Good price (on sale) but still expensive. However, it works as advertised. Sound is excellent. More than fills my 21'X22' family room with 11' ceiling height and open kitchen & dining room. The Costco deal included the Sonos wall mount bracket that I needed and had to order separately direct from Sonos. The bracket arrived in 3 days and I was able to easily hang the Arc Ultra beneath my wall mounted TV. I have the Sub-4 hidden on a lower shelf of a credenza next to the TV so everything is very clean looking. I did the sound calibration with the Sonos App - very simple process. Most importantly, the sound with TV, Sports, Movies and Music is really good. Much better than my prior Samsung soundbar / woofer that died in 2 years and they wouldn't support. I would say the Sonos Arc Ultra is the best possible option for a home theater system short of actual separate stereo speakers which we did not want in our family room.

Great sound quality. However, the lack of the Google Assistant is a major weakness and distracts from a good listening experience. The App on Android also needs work TY o improved Truplay.

Fantastic Soundbar! Highly Recommend!
I am new to Dolby Atmos soundbars. The Arc Ultra is my first one, so I can't really compare it to anything. However, I love it. I like that you can see what type of audio you are streaming from the app. I haven't expanded with a sub, or Era speakers, yet, but I intend to. The modular aspect was a huge attraction for me, and I'm excited to see what it sounds like if the bar, alone, sounds this awesome. My only real criticism is that the touch controls on top of the soundbar are not tactilely delineated. The volume area has a divot that is very clear, but it's hard to non-visually find the voice assistant toggle, stop/play, and the forward and back arrow.

Sonos Arc Ultra delivers exceptional audio that outshines even top competitors like Bose Ultra in direct comparisons.
Walked into Best Buy expecting to splurge on the Bose Ultra after saving for 29 years, but the Sonos Arc Ultra demo stopped me cold. Side-by-side, the Sonos sound was incomparable-deeper bass, wider soundstage, and crystal-clear highs that made movies and music come alive in ways the Bose couldn't match.
Initial worries faded fast after two weeks of constant use. It excels for both music streaming (like Apple Music's Dolby Atmos tracks) and movie nights, filling the room with immersive, always-on performance-no tweaks needed.
Zero regrets; this is the perfect soundbar. I'd buy it again without hesitation.

A great soundbar
The sound you get is of great quality. The system was easy to set up and I have done the basic sound set up, but for the advanced set up, it seems that you need a computer or laptop with iOS 14 or better, to download the necessary App. I will contact Sonos customer service, who are very helpful, to get some advice
