An embodiment of power and precision, the CM1001d-T is a 10" blind-mount, in-ceiling subwoofer kit, meticulously engineered by Soundtube for optimal output and performance across its operating bandwidth. This high-quality subwoofer boasts a 10" polypropylene woofer coupled with a butyl rubber surround, housed in a finely tuned and ported enclosure. This innovative design ensures a robust low-frequency response (41 Hz - 224 Hz, - 10 dB) and a high Sound Pressure Level (SPL) of 111 dB, delivering a sound experience that is both immersive and exhilarating.To further enhance the low-end punch, SoundTube has integrated an oversized enclosure and a finely tuned, flared port into the CM1001d-T. This stylish and durable in-ceiling subwoofer kit comes complete with mounting hardware, featuring a constant-tension fixed-wing mounting system and a 21-gauge "full-metal" steel tile bridge for rapid and secure installation in any sheetrock or drop-tile application. A restraint cable is also included to facilitate easier installation.The CM1001d-T is color-coded (purple) for easy identification and comes with a five-position tap switch for 25-, 70.7- and 100-volt applications, complete with a transformer bypass position. This powerful subwoofer is an ideal choice for installations where high-quality, true bass response, and quick installation are paramount. It is perfectly suited for a variety of settings including aerobic rooms, retail spaces, restaurants, nightclubs, hotels, bars, theme parks, arenas, ballrooms, and churches.To ensure seamless subwoofer integration and overall system performance, SoundTube recommends incorporating a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) system with an active crossover.
