This Sony Handycam camcorder accepts two types of memory cards so that everyone can fully enjoy the flexibility to select the type of memory cards depending on their needs. Now there's an easy way to transfer and store videos directly from your camcorder to an external hard disk drive (sold separately), without a computer. You can even use handy playback features of this camcorder to access the videos stored on your external drive and share your memories on a compatible HDTV or monitor.

Use the supplied Sony Picture Motion Browser (PMB) software to easily transfer, sort and view your videos and still images on your compatible PC. There are also multiple output options which let you burn your memories to DVD (sold separately), as well as take advantage of one click upload to a number of popular sharing sites.

With an integrated LED video light, you can shed some light on your subject and record clear, colorful videos and pictures even in low light situations. It is compatible with both PC and Mac computers. Mac users can transfer content and edit video clips using iMovie software (sold separately).
