Good quality recording ;some dead spots
I have been using the sony mini-dv dvm 85 for the last year and while the quality is very good, I sometimes find a dead spot in the recording after it is uploaded to my computer :( I don't know if this is just inherent in all tapes as I don't have enough experience with other brands of this product.
