As for recording comments from a speaker, if it is reasonably close, it does pick up those sounds as well. The play back quality either way, is good.JOSEPH K : Probably excellent. Go to southsidecorvallis dot org sermons and stream one to hear its audio quality. I have been using this mic clipped on a shirt fed into a simple sony ic recorder. Just phenomenal sound.

Workmenship is good as well. After trying it, I personally found it not for me, as it just wasn't the mic for how I needed it to be used. So,if you need a small clip-on mic, this will work well.

Outstanding!!

I use this primarily in gaming (World of Tanks) have been using a Microsoft headset and when I installed this everybody stated it sounded like I was in the room with them. I sold 6 more of these just by having this microphone…. Thanks Adorama and Sony!!!

Works great

The product works great, the price was great, I got the product within a reasonable time for shipping. The only suggestion is the packaging was a bit opened / loose. The packaging of the mic itself - but the mic works, there are no issues or marks on the product, so the packaging is sort of irrelevant. Great service.

The ECM-PC60 Mini Electret Condenser Microphone from Sony is an ultra compact and lightweight microphone that's ideal for VoIP chats, recording, internet gaming and more. The mic has an omnidirectional pickup pattern to provide clear vocal pickup. It has a gold-plated 3-conductor 3.5mm mono mini plug, allowing you to connect it to the mic jack of a laptop, portable audio recorder and other devices.
