It has a good solid feel to it in your hand, and a good sturdy cable

This Microphone I ordered at the same time I bought the Karaoke Machine. The machine came with one mike, with an outlet for a second one, hence this purchase. It has a good solid feel to it in your hand, and a good sturdy cable. It comes with an adapter with it so it fits both sized connectors. The ON/OFF button is easy to use. It's a great addition, and I plan on using it lots. Would highly recommend...only 4 stars as I've only had it about 2 weeks, and it is also the only one I've ever bought, not much to compare it too. No problems though!

Good for dictation

Using this product in both my offices for dictation using Dragon. This mic does a very good job of distinguising sounds to produce better accuracy. Much better than the mics provided with the dictation product. It is not overly sensitive to background noise. It is a little heavy, but that is minor for me. Can't beat it for the price.

Don't waste your money

We bought this sony mic as it was listed as a great interview mic. This is uni-directional so it's not a great interview mic. It's not even a good karaoke mic. Using the adapter connectors causes a hum, the microphone sound is tinny and very poor. We didn't try it but It may be okay usable with acceptable sound as a computer mic but it's big and bulky. This does not deserve the Sony name.
