Shopper : how well does it work with iMovie?JOHN L : I found the Sony HDR-CX160 video camcorder to be very compatible with iMovie. I recommend purchasing the iLife with the trailer feature. It is awesome what you can to with this camera and that program.
I was reluctant to purchase a HD camera thinking it would be too complicated. However, it was just as easy as the standard definition cameras I used in the past. The video quality is far superior. JL from FLLOREE R : Loree Riggs
Sorry, I've never used it that way. I'm just getting used to recording with theCamcrder.ARCH B : We like ours, we haven't taken full advantage of all it will do. But what we have used it far it worked great. I am not one for reading directions, but I was able to just in and use it right away. The one mistake I made was when you set it up you need to tell it to save to the build in drive or you sd card. I wanted it saved on the SD card, and this caused me a little trouble when I went to down load.

you will find out whether or not a camcorder is PAL or NTSC.
