The front display makes it really easy to tell which of your dual alarms are set, which is great. The dual dials on each side make setting the alarms easier than most alarm clocks. It's also nice that the clock is so small for how many features it has. All in all, very easy to use and great functionality.

After approximately 1 3/4 years, I can no longer reset one of the wake-up alarms forward. This is a surprise for a Sony product, but one should note that this product is made in China, not Japan. Having said all of this, see the review on the newer ICF318 clock radio: "I've had this a little over a year, and the buttons to set the wake up time will no longer advance the minutes. I've never had an essential part of an alarm clock go out on me like this in such a short amount of time. Even one this cheap. I won't buy it again. " Hello Sony, is anybody reading this?

Setting the dual alarms on this clock cannot be easier. Additionally, if you hit the snooze button once, it snoozes for ten minutes, and if you hit it twice, it snoozes for 20 minutes - I love this feature, because I don't get up until the bathroom is available from the person who gets up before me. We have always set the time on our alarm clock for 20 minutes ahead of real time, but with this model, if I try to to that it takes me back to 00 minutes. There is also a time zone that is easy to hit by mistake and wreaks havoc on the time.

this is the easiest-to-set alarm clock of all time because you just "dial up" the time you want. you don't need to remember which buttons to press, etc. also this clock remembers 4 different wake up times at one time. 2 times for weekdays and 2 times for the weekends. so you can set a different time for m-f and s-s easily. plus, it's easy to turn the alarms on and off, you just hit those big buttons on the front, and the time set will disappear. only thing i don't like about this clock is that it's really bright. i got used to this after about a year. still face it away from the bed at night. oh yeah, and it sets the time itself you just need to figure out the number of your timezone and enter that in. i suggest writing it on the bottom with a permanent ink marker. the clock has an internal antenna, so you may need to face it one way or the other to get the radio channel you want.
