The system allows for free assignment of inputs and outputs on up to 16 levels and offers both S-BUS and Ethernet control systems.

The Sony IXS-6700 Integrated Routing System is designed for high reliability, equipped with a main and backup CPU board as standard, and redundant power supply units. It features self-diagnostic functions that monitor communication quality, link status, backup CPU status, and detects cross point errors.

Maintenance is made easy with the ability to perform troubleshooting and software upgrades without interrupting system operations. The system keeps a variety of logs such as System Status log and Command log. Ethernet-based remote monitoring and maintenance can be achieved using the Sony MMStation Remote Monitoring and Maintenance Software, an SNMP-compliant application.
