While I just bought my 19" Sony Bravia today, I can tell you that as a technically-challenged person, I was afraid about the programming and set-up of the TV as I carried it home, but it was a piece of cake. The sound is wonderful. The picture is as clear as if you were really there. I only wish it had a stand so I could put it on a table....I choose not to wall mount it. Right now I have it leaning against something and will have to get something sturdy so it will stand up.

I read numerous reviews with negative comments about picture and stand before I purchased it and was skeptical about buying it, but knew Sony makes a good product and comments were probably not warranted and thus went ahead with purchase. Final results - all negative comments were totally incorrect - picture is perfect once my cable provider performed the necessary setup on their HD cable box. There is no white glow and picture fills the screen. As for bracket stand on back of TV, it's perfect - the TV is fully stable on the counter with NO chance of tipping over.

Cute little TV and I'm keeping it, but there is a very annoying white glow that comes around on all the edges. If you're really into the picture, this gets very annoying, especially during dark scenes. Also, in HD mode the picture does not fill the screen as it does in larger Sony models - there is always a very small black bar at top & bottom. Overall, the white exterior makes up for the less-than-perfect screen performance.
